    cheating, disrespect, and mal treatment of customers.

    I purchased a men's fragrance as gift to my brother. I did purchase the More cost (Eau de toilette) one as advertised in the website, but I received the cheaper (eau de cologne) !
    I tried to call Fragrance Canada several times and left 3 voice messages explaining the issue and requesting a call back, but no reply. I also sent an email and received nothing. Total level of deception, disrespect, and mal treatment of customers. Totally disappointed
