I just received my order from Fragrance Canada, and I am beyond disappointed. The product I received is completely fake. This perfume retails for over $400 at reputable stores, and I was thrilled to test it last month at Holt Renfrew—it was everything I wanted. Seeing the reduced price and payment options here, I decided to purchase it.

However, the product I received is a total scam. The bottle, packaging, and barcode stickers are suspiciously cheap. The atomizer even has scratches, suggesting poor quality or previous use. Worst of all, the fragrance itself is a disaster—it smells like a $5 menthol-based cologne, with no trace of the rich oud notes that make the original so desirable. The scent barely lasts a minute on the wrist and fades entirely within five minutes on clothes.

The biggest insult? Fragrance Canada's refund policy. They won’t allow returns if the product is opened, even if it’s clearly fake and the customer paid for the authentic version. This policy feels like a deliberate trap to avoid accountability for selling counterfeit goods.
