Giorgio Armani Code (Eau De Toilette) EDT Spray (M)

What happened Armani? This has been my go to since Code Black. Since high school. Im now 40.

I bought a bottle to replace my almost empty taller bottle and was very dissapointed in the extremely boring generic look of the new bottle. The bottle is half the identity of a cologne, the old bottle said "class," this bottle says "discount drug store."

I sprayed my old EDT on a few hours ago, love it, always been my favorite, im always smelling myself after applying it, #1 compliment getter. Decided to open my new "refillable" boring bottle and compare it and wow, was immediately hit with a real strong synthetic chemical smell. Drydown was similar enough that I will keep the bottle, but upon first smell I was set to return it. Coming direct from the old formula it just smelled like sadness.

It's BS how companies keep doing this. If the formula is changed, it should require a name change as well.

This will be my last bottle of Armani Code. R.I.P. old friend, we had a good run.

Armani definitely changed the formula when they came out with the new bottle. The old bottle and formula is way better in my opinion. Side by side I can definitely tell the difference
