    Box tampered with before receiving *Will not refund me*

    The box seems to be tampered with before receiving it, raising suspicion on its authenticity, it smells okay but I would not trust it and would rather buy the fragrance from a big box store instead! The company has not responded to my email and will not give a refund since they will claim it is an open product even though I did not receive it in plastic sealed wrap or used
