    Disappointing Products and No Response from Customer Care

    Very disappointed with my experience. Several fragrances in my order had significant concerns regarding scent, condition, batch/identification information, and authenticity/traceability. I contacted Customer Care immediately after receiving the order and provided details and photos, but received no substantive response or resolution. It is especially disappointing to now receive an automated request asking how satisfied I am when my complaint has still not been addressed. I expected the concerns to be investigated and a proper response provided.
