Delivery Times:

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM. Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 2-7 business days. All orders will receive a tracking # confirmation as soon as the order has been processed. For any further information or inquires you can contact us VIA email below.

Expect Delays On Statutory Holidays & During The Holiday Season (November/December)

Kindly note all estimated delivery time is AFTER orders have been shipped and left our facility. Saturdays & Sundays are not considered business days. Please exclude from business day calculations below.

Due to large volume of orders it may take 1-3 business days for orders to scan and update tracking from UPS.

Ontario - Delivery within 2-5 business days after being processed and shipping out. 

Quebec - Delivery within 2-7 business days after being processed and shipping out. 

New Brunswick / Manitoba / Saskatchewan / Alberta / BC/ Nova Scotia - Delivery within 5-10 business days after being processed and shipping out. 

Newfoundland / PEI - Delivery within 7-12 business days after being processed and shipping out. 

United States of America - All orders are shipped within 2-10 business days. This excludes any custom clearance delays which are out of our control. Unfortunately we do not ship to Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or any APO addresses currently.

Rural locations will usually require extra time to deliver your package.
