    Not the same scent and No Resolution from Customer Service

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of Burberry Brit EDT Spray. The scent is absolutely not the same —it’s completely different and not at all what I expected. Unfortunately, the store refused to take it back, leaving me stuck with three bottles of a fragrance that I find awful and will never wear.

    Not only have I wasted a significant amount of money, but the lack of customer service in addressing this issue has left me feeling frustrated and let down by a brand I once trusted. This experience has completely turned me off from purchasing from them in the future.
